At Riad Zamane Fez, you will be able to discover tastes of a refined cuisine typically from Fez, carefully cooked up by Sakina herself, native of Fez; a passion that she developed from her childhood and in which the secrets are transmitted from generations.
The dinner : Gastronomic Menu
The gastronomic menu is composed of a starter soup (harira, vegetables...), a selection of several starters (hot and cold fresh salads, briouates...), a refined main course (one of our tajines, couscous, pastilla...), a home-made dessert, tea or coffee and a bottle of water. The wine list proposes a broad choice of vineyards of Morocco.
Breakfast
Your stay includes a full breakfast, with a wide variety of breads and local pastries, eggs, Moroccan cheese, dates, fruit jams and fresh fruit juices.
